<--i like how i name my entire blog after lip gloss when in reality, i've grown up to prefer lipstick about 7 times out of 10. life is funny. but anyway--golden blanket is part of the rocking lip bag i received for christmas..its supposed to be translucent, but on me it wears more of a lightly frosty sparkle. i like it quite a bit, to be honest.
so i had a slow day at work and spent most of it reading 11/22/63, this stephen king book about a guy who tries to go back in time(of course)and prevent the kennedy assassination. i was kinda iffy about reading it at all at first; i like stephen king but didnt imagine him as a non-horror writer, and i didnt know how interested i'd be in a historical novel, but it's great so far. i sorta like anything having to do with the kennedys...i can lie and say its because i'm from an irish family, but really, i just think theyre interesting people who had so much bad luck. the fictitious part is intriguing too, and i like the way it's weaved with the fact-based part. i'll be sorry when this book is over.
it randomly got SO COLD in new jersey, i think someone said flurries in the city? woof. winter came out of nowhere. i think the time has come to buy a new winter coat. :)
