<--i got a sample for free and fell inexplicably in love, though i couldnt find their line at my local sephora yet. sheer hot pink(on my lips, anyway)and it felt really good wearing, too.
it's been a weird day. i was woken up by my friend crying and saying that one of our good friends from high school had passed away. awful. seriously, i was pretty messed up all day, looking for photos and old ticket stubs and stuff. it's been pretty bad for everyone who knew him though, he was genuinely a nice person--sometimes people will make shit up when someone dies and say how good of a person they were, but there's no lie here; he was an honestly good kid and the world is at a loss without him. so im going through all this old stuff, and i'm realizing that i dont have a single serious memory with him! absolutely everything that every involved both of us was silly, fun, or just ridiculous. not the worst thing in the world(there's a lot to be said for that, probably), but i hope he knew that i did take him seriously. second, im watching 2001:a space odessey for something like the 50th time and it's just too weird to deal with on an already strange day.
