Smashbox MegaTints in Cerise aka WORST BLOGGER EVER.

<--imagine comic book guy from the simpsons saying that. whatever, i dont do this for money, thank God, so we'll all live.
anywayyy, i am blogging from bed because i am home sick(home seizure, to be honest, but i feel fine...i just cant legally work today), and i had noting else to do while watching the Mets game. funny how God, Mets, and Jets are the only words i ever capitalize in these things. cummings, i am not. the lip colour i used as a title, Cerise, is friggin' fantastic! it feels cool and moist-i happen to love that word-going on, and is somehow matte, too. it's a bluer, brightish red--i believe they call it a cherry red at sephora dot com, which sounds good enough--and i'm quite fond of it, as is my sweetheart, who braved Ulta with me in order to buy it. i have a poor approximation of how it looks on me(iphone photo!): http://instagram.com/p/YYd5A3i4u8/, while this is how it looks in the tube:
pretty nice, right? for fun, i bought the FUN palette from urban decay recently too. i didnt care so much about the eye shadows(theyre quality though, as most urban decay stuff is, and there's a decent sized mirror in the compact, too), but i fell in love with the beautiful teal case and the strangely endearing octopus print inside and stamped on the front. i dont think of sea creatures as the most fun topic on earth, but it's cute, and i get a chuckle out of it: it makes me think of Ursula.
so we fostered a shepherd puppy for a while, just for the hell of it, when my parents came home from hawaii-I KNOW-last month. he was quite sick at the time, but he's since gotten much better and i know he'll give someone a happy home someday. he was absolutely beautiful and my father named him dutch, after a dog he had as a kid, and i believe the rescue agency kept his name. the blond in the photo is my sister, and i'm obviously the supermodel with the humidity 'fro and the sassy hand on my hip(no). the dog is...the dog, i mean you see him and he's obviously the focal point:
finally...nothing new has been going on. school is ending soon and my family, my love, and i are taking a holiday to DC for a cousin's wedding next month. i've been saving up money, sort of, and trying to focus on school and getting a summer promotion at work, as several have been made available. fingers crossed, but i'll be glad come camp, either way. more soon-definitely not two months, since classes are ending in the next few weeks. Go Mets!
