<--i forget if i titled this before, and i'm too lazy to do a search and check, so here's the back story on this for a second time, possibly: my friend Meg and i share a hardcore make up obsession. she traded me place vendôme(which is sort of a sheerish hot pink)after having a weird skin reaction, for pillow talk(which was a corally-mauve that i'd had in my fridge for literally three years and HATED). i had no dermal reaction and i adore it, although the brush applicator is a bit gloopy. Place Vendôme, i learned, is also a really pretty memorial square in Paris. i like when Nars products include the need for a little research. i also had to cut and paste the name "Place Vendôme" because there are some alphabetical additives that concerned me, hahaha. FIN.

i was going to do a holiday recap, but i'm lazy and to add to my outrage, i offered to work during school vacation AND ACTUALLY HAD TO GO, so i spent any free time with my sweetheart, my friends, and my family. its been nice. among other lovely things, my sister and her boyfriend got me a new scarf, a new watch, and some sunglasses, my sweetheart got me all of breaking bad on dvd, my parents got me a bag that ive been obsessed with and some jewellery, i got got the usual cash, make up supplies, and art supplies. a nice holiday indeed.
sidebar about art supplies: there is a dick blick's about 10 minutes from me in Paramus, i just really, really, prefer the website when i dont feel like spending hours in there(because i will. same thing happens in AC Moore).
i've actually really enjoyed that linking session. i think i'm going to start posting in here once a week next month(instead of trilling "post everyday!" and then feeling bad when i don't). for now, safe and happy 2013 to all. xoxo
