<---one of the things i(proudly!)suspended for Lent is online shopping. it's not something i do everyday, even though i still browse like it's my job--wouldnt that be an excellent job, by the way? damn. getting back on track: i was browsing, creeping maybe, for swatches of NARS blood work gloss and found some girl wearing a dior lipstick that i'd never heard of...and it looked INCREDIBLE. kind of plummy-red and pigmented and you just know it felt good on. so it's discontinued, as many good things are, but that's not stopped me from searching for it like a little junkie on ebay. maybe i was right about needing rehab...?
my friend got engaged! my other friend is having a baby! i re-laced my red converses! so exciting, this life i live. otherwise, though: can't complain about mets season(!!!!), tax return checks, or the end of the longest winter ever. life is good.
for someone who doesnt drive, i spend a lot of time analyzing car insurance gimmicks. farmers is my favorite...the jingle works just enough to get stuck irreversibly in your head.
